SMALL CHANGES WILL MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE:

Watch out for MSG (monosodium glutamate) and
beware of its hidden impact on the body.

Another name of MSG is Ajinomotto. It is a flavour enhancer. Not a preservative, no nutritional value, does nothing to the food but certainly affects the person who consumes it. In our clinical observations we have come across so many symptoms due to this chemical. Frequency of headache, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, migraine, anxiety, temperament, panic attacks, lethargy, tiredness, disorientation, insomnia, nausea, IBS, asthma, bloating, breathlessness, chest pain, runny nose, sneezing and dryness of mouth etc. It is nothing but a toxin which can degenerate the brain cells and nervous system.

It is largely found in pre-made up soups, sauces, broth, chicken flavouring, dressings and processed foods. When we take this kind of foods our nerves are over stimulated to the point of exhaustion and finally death of the cell itself. The research findings of FDA, USA in 1995, show some alarming information about MSG.

Various symptoms shown by the Human body:
  • Burning sensation/numbness in the back of the neck, forearm and chest
  • Tingling, warmth and weakness in the face, temples, upper back, neck and arms
  • Facial pressure or tightness
  • Chest pain
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Rapid heart beat
  • Drowsiness
  • Weakness
  • Sweating
  • Eye diseases/glaucoma
  • Obesity
In fact MSG depletes the Serotnin levels which trigger headaches, depression, fatigue and finally leads to food craving to obesity.

MSG is a known ‘Mutagen’ (mutates fetuses). So careful pregnant ladies! It causes significant damage to intellectual development, growth patterns, reproduction and gonadal functions. Lab studies shows devastating effects on brain development including dyslexia, autism, schzophrenia, violent episodes, panic attacks, seizures, depression and even cerebral palsy.

More truth: Humans are five times more sensitive to MSG than animals.
